Kader Hassane is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure project development, investment, and management. Since 2018, he has served as Senior Investment Director at Africa50, overseeing the transport sector and closing multiple deals across the continent. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering  from Virginia Tech and an MBA from The George Washington School of Business.

Douphet is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years of expertise in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting. He began his career in 2000 as a Junior Auditor at Mazars Côte d’Ivoire, before advancing to key roles at DHL, Bouniol & Associés, and IPS West Africa. During his nine-year tenure with DHL Group, he held multiple leadership positions, including CFO for French-speaking West and Central Africa. In 2016, Douphet joined Globeleq/Azito Energie as CFO , where he continues to drive financial strategy and operational excellence.

Laurent brings over 25 years of experience in the road infrastructure sector, having held key managerial roles at prominent companies such as Sanef, Bouygues, and Vialtis . He spent over 16 years within the Egis Group, where he specialized in asset management and business development. Notably, Laurent served as General Manager of Egis Uganda, overseeing the Kampala-Entebbe Expressway, and as Head of Business Development for London’s M25, a 400 km ring road.
